Also let's assume the human ear can only hear sounds till about 0db ( falling leaf, again ideal healthy ear ) Therefor our man screaming at 90 db would ideally be audible till 32764ft. But due to our environment and variable air pressure and densities the sound usually gets dampened or absorbed and is only audible till a couple of hundred feet !

It is not a limitation of the ear's ability to hear as much as a sound's ability to be sufficiently strong to send sound waves to be received by the ear. Loud explosions can often be heard many, many miles away while soft whispers can remain inaudible within the same room.
